Cancellations until 31 days prior to day of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon move-in date will be charged under the following terms:
* Up to 30 days prior to the move-in date: 40 % of the entire rental sum for the agreed upon rental period; * Up to 15 days prior to the move-in date: 50 % of the entire rental sum for the agreed upon rental period; * Less than 7 days prior to the move-in date: 60 % of the entire rental sum for the agreed upon rental period; * No Show: 100% of the entire rental sum.
